You take part in classes at your own risk. The Street Dance Company cannot and will not be held responsible for any injury injured through partaking in classes. Please be aware of your own personal fitness limitations when dancing and ensure you listen to instructions given and do not over assert yourself If you need to take a break then do! Do NOT exercise if: - You are feeling at all unwell Have eaten a heavy meal in the last two hours Have been drinking alcohol You are in pain from injury You are on pain killers DO: - Listen and follow the instructions given Warm up and stretch before taking part in the dance class Cool down and stretch after taking part in the dance class Drink plenty of water before, during, and after the dance class Enjoy yourself! |
